Thanks for visiting. Just a quick heads up to let you know that in this new year I’ll be making a new experiment and taking the essence of the writing of the Centre for Social Poetry and expanding it to further include nature and consciousness (as well as the social), and will do so over on the Substack platform. Pieces will be brief, more often, and taking a poetic form and, hopefully, effect.
The new Substack publication is called ‘Sun in the Water’.
I will likely continue to also place the writings, together with other things, on the repository of much of my work: johnstubley.org

I resonate with the sound of what you’re doing and just subscribed to your new substack. The Kingfisher is great. Love the “nowness”of the piece, grounded in an everyday encounter, full with meaning. I look forward to future posts.
